We deliver to UK addresses only. Any orders placed outside of the UK will be cancelled and refunded. 

For dispatch and shipping, please allow 5-7 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has left our warehouse. 

All orders placed on a Friday after 11am, weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the new week. 

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations. If you would like to return the product, obtain a refund or cancel your order, please email us at support@creightons.com. You have the statutory right to cancel your order prior to your order being processed. As orders are generally processed the day they are received, please email us at support@creightons.com as soon as possible with your name, order ID and cancellation request.

Delivery FAQs:

What if I miss my delivery? Don't worry. Like any courier service, a card with a new proposed delivery time will be posted through your door, allowing you to arrange to be there on next delivery. 

Do you deliver to a work address? Yes, as long as the driver can access the site easily and is able to leave the parcel with you or at a reception desk. 

What do I do if my product is broken or faulty? If your purchase is broken or faulty please email us. You will need to notify us of the fault and we will arrange for a new product to be delivered or provide a refund. 

What do I do if my parcel has not shown up? If your parcel has not shown up in 21 days since purchase, please email us.
