We offer FREE standard Royal Mail delivery on all orders over £20 dispatched to the UK Mainland. Orders placed at the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders placed on a weekend will be processed within 48 hours (except for Bank Holidays, which will be processed in 72 hours). You have the statutory right to cancel your order prior to your order being processed. As orders are generally processed the day after they are received, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible with your name, address, order ID and cancellation request.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I miss my delivery?
Don't worry. Like any courier service, a card with a new proposed delivery time will be posted through your door, allowing you to arrange to be there on next delivery. Delivery via Parcelforce Couriers and will take place between 8 am - 5.30 pm. If you're not at home a card will be left to notify you. Two attempts at delivery will be made and if they are unsuccessful on the second attempt, your order will be sent back to us.
Does Parcelforce deliver to a work address?
Yes, as long as the driver can access the site easily and is able to leave the parcel with you or at a reception desk.
What if my tracking number states my order has been delivered but I have not received it?
If your order tracking number states your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to action anything further with your order as we have proof of delivery through our system. If the tracking number does not show as delivered and it is outside of the below delivery window, please contact us at support@Creightons.com
What if I have accidentally put the wrong delivery address on my order?
If the address is wrong on your order and it has not been processed for dispatch, then please contact us at support@Creightons.com so we can amend this for you. If your order has been dispatched, unfortunately, we are unable to amend the address. We would advise you to get in touch with the courier service confirmed in your dispatched confirmation email and ask for a redirect.
I have received the incorrect item/missing an item from my order, what should I do?
We are sorry this has happened to you, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your parcel at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help resolve this with our dispatch team. We will then look to organise for the replacement to be sent out to you within 3 working days.
My parcel has arrived damaged, what should I do?
All damaged packages must be reported to us within 2 business day of receiving your parcel to email@example.com. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all delivery issues have been resolved.
